My name is Leanne, and I am the Podiatrist at Sole Podiatry Cheshire. I am uniquely qualified as a Podiatrist and Physiotherapist. I graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2010 and then went on to complete a 3 year Master’s Degree in Podiatry achieving a 1st class honours. My aim being to increase my knowledge and treatment options of the lower limb, especially the foot.
During my time as a health care professional, I have worked in both the NHS and private clinics in the UK, and also in New Zealand as a clinical specialist.
I currently work in the NHS within the Podiatry and Physiotherapy teams as an advanced clinical specialist in Musculoskeletal of the Lower Limb and Physiotherapy team.
As a Podiatrist, I enjoy all aspects of assessing and treating the foot, ranging from general skin and nail care to musculoskeletal and biomechanics assessments which may include prescription orthotics.
In each appointment you will benefit from the advantage of knowledge and skills gained through my dual qualifications, enabling me to provide you with a complete treatment plan for your feet.
In addition to my physiotherapy degree and podiatry masters I am an AACP qualified acupuncturist and APPI Pilates trained instructor.
Outside the clinic I love being outdoors whether that is walking with friends and family, running or spending time in the garden.
